dirt cheap? dont know. But I do know my lense which goes for service, stuck there for since 20/4/2009, after i call/msn/email/call again for few rounds, then only i get reply around 1st week of June 2009. Answer? Surprised, he seems forgot what I told him on 20/4/2009 in his shop.

dirt cheap price for dirt cheap service. maybe if you buy expensive stuff from him, he will service you better. Too bad I just bought mediocre canon 40D from him.

Matthew : Don't be angry ya. This is the only way I can make sure people do the work. I don't like to wait 2 months for unknown status and answers like "I will ask Ms Jennifer to call you" "I am not in shop" and in the end I still don't know where the lense is. There are many ways to contact me, Call/SMS my HP (3am also can), i have 3-5 active emails, MSN on during daytime although if I am not around (message still can come in), PM or message me in your forum. Too bad, none of them utilized.

Sigh...... How wish I no need to post this up...... unless I need to do it...... if you really feel I kanasai, call me up. I am open to critics (although I don't like to critic people like this). 2 months for unknown status is kinda "short" dont you think?

best part is when I asked you where the lense is just before Autocity GT Event, you still can MSN me back saying "you can buy another zoom lense". WTF? Is that why you delay the service? for the purpose of forcing me to buy another lense? But luckily, I managed to get myself a nice USM zoom lense. rclxms.gif Maybe I should thank you for that blush.gif

I'm sorry for that situation. I would be mostly away as i have to control outlets and sales ( there's no time for me to play MSN anymore during working hours/night time ).

We had just created our service department which Ms Jennifer would be put in charge for all service. You can reach to our service department by our outlet contacts ( i guess you still have our namecard ). There will be some complicated period during the setup.

At times , delay of service not because our delay but the technician / distributors. We only do our job for sending it over.

This situation often happends when our repair services grew larger day by day. Due to this matter we have to build up a service deparment to concentrate in repairs. Thank you for your comment and this certainly will improve our service.

Depending on your budget. FS-6 would be nice. Price cheap and quality is good.
