a little bit of common sense would tell you to look at the bottom on the site and see the actual owner of the company.

why didn't the hosting company get consult the professional like NISER ?

how difficult is it to change the target and start attacking new IP ? changing DNS will not help you.

We have changed my time of the server ips. since the target is on the domain, therefore, the only way is to terminate that account and get the IP point to some invalid ip.
