Primary Objective
The Technical Support Analyst is responsible in providing technical assistance to regional users through phone and emails, Central Contact Point for newly deployed system functionality from Germany. He/She must able to provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and able to train users on new system functionality.

Job Requirements

· Degree in IT or similar with at least 2 years of relevant experience from supporting field operations
· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Hands on experience a must, Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Access database and Remote Access troubleshooting knowledge
· Excellent organizational, strong support and analytical skills
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. In addition knowledge in either of these languages is a plus: Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai, Korean or German

The company can pay upon your expected salary if you can perform well and worth that amount figure.
