I agree with this, I ain't gonna use Chrome until it has at least a decent adblocker, but since Google made this, i think it will come...

Despite being in country with low broadband, I try it and it is suitable for beginners.

It is impressive for first beta and I do see where google guys going for. They aiming for normal users who are not power users or hardcore
internet surfers.

Seamless design and it is almost not there. I like that philosophy.

However it will take more time before it can claim for browser throne. Needs a lot of work and tweaking.

7 reasons for and against Google Chrome

Overall is not bad.
Quite fast to launch the browser.
I like the last visited.
Anywhere think will still stick to FF3.

Trying now. Seems promising.

Why no smooth scrolling? I need more advanced settings. Tab behavior is like IE7/IE8. Like the simplistic and cool design. Later I'll test out RAM consumptions.

Here's another comparison. I don't quite understand why chrome.exe has so many "offsprings". Care to explain?Attached Image

Haven't read the official guide to chrome have you? Chrome is given it's own process per tab so that if one tab fails, it won't crash the whole browser. Good, but wait until you have 30 tabs and try to troubleshoot any problem like I did.]

That's the point. Rumours are google WON'T let you install adblockers for Chrome, because they block google own adsense lol. This is why they won't let you install add ons

One process per tab. ohmy.gif
Which means as what you said, the more tabs I open, the sluggier it becomes. Looks like Google may have to look into that. If its an issue.
Thanks for the heads up. thumbup.gif

Actually no, it will never become sluggish as the RAM is not shared
go read the webcomic for more info at http://www.google.com/googlebooks/chrome/#

Anyways, the problem for separate tab are the combined RAM usage.
