http://rapidshare.com/files/140849886/Minidump.rar.html

Does tat means my hdd have a bad sector which causes the restart ?

I haven't checked your latest uploads yet.

Yes, one of the possible isssues is the bad sectors have corrupted the page files used for virtual memory allocations (or the hidden pagefile.sys in Windows XP). Try to scan your disk for bad sectors and make sure they are marked in the Windows partitions.

I believe your HDD is getting old. Try to make a backup and move to a new HDD soon if the bad sectors keep appearing after monthly scan disk operations.

Alright.. Thanks for help .. appreciate it..

I believe it is the hdd problem cause before this the system is lagging badly even though i formatted it ... But I decided to format it once again after I abandoned the dekstop pc for a month and it is running smooth .. but restarting issues appear when i run WMP ..

I think if this hdd so happened to crash I would just ignore this lousy P4 dekstop.. haha
