What is "Java Open Office"??

OpenOffice is free office suite belong to Sun Microsystem :-

Java is a programing language owned by Sun Microsystem :-

They may came from the same company but they are totally different stuff.

Both are good softwares, although if you want precision with MS Office documents, you might be better off with Microsoft Office. Open up OpenOffice with MS Office documents and you might get errors and different formatting.

For your question, I'd say, Microsoft Office is better in terms of functions, but for free, you definitely should get OpenOffice.

how bout the features inside...i usually use office for presentation...is here any different features of open office with mircosoft???

Basically, there is not much different.
Just that you need time to used to it.
Try play with it, then you will know edi.

Why don't you try it yourself and see whether you like it or not.
Most Linux distro came with OpenOffice.
If you using Windows, you can download copy easily from http://www.openoffice.org
