actually a Netbook shoule fufill all his requirements...

perhaps Asus EEE PC 1000H?? or Acer Aspire One XP Edition? MSI Wind also fits the picture nicely...

but i ve to say, Lenovo's S series Netbooks are pretty attractive..

eee pc 1000h rm1999 with the battery life of 4hours +
acer 4530 rm1799 but less battery life..

for gaming better get notebook rather than umpc lor..but normal notebook battery will last 2hours-3 hours depend on ur usage.. flex.gif

my fren own cq50 and 4530..i dun really like the design.look a bit plain compare with 4530 and the quality look a bit cheap...and very big maybe due to is 15" screen....however, i will recommend 4530 cos its spec and price is quite reasonable..

for gaming better get dekstop..using rm2000, u can get a very good spec of dektop (buying the hardware seperately and diy) rclxms.gif

Erm, bro,
second hand laptop will suit you if you wish to get a laptop with the specs you listed out above and with that budget.
