Overclocking update (2nd attempt to stabilize 471fsb)
Attached Image Attached Image

Comments:

Lower down multi from 8.5x to x7 to test stability on 471FSB
Needed 2.24V on vmem previously was 2.14V
Prime95 stable for 1 hour large FFT(4096K) test
Prime95 stable for 1 hour mid size FFT (1024K) test

CPU Vcore - 1.25V
CPU VTT - 1.3 V
Vnb - 1.26V
Vmem - 2.24V
Else on Auto...
LLC Enabled...

Attached Image Attached Image

Comments:

Passed 50 loops of LinX@4GHz... same settings as above but increase vcore to 1.325V...
Ran 3dmark06 and Vantage at default test

Thx 4 viewing...

Higher vcore is needed to pass IBT longer... you may pass Prime95 small FFT with low vcore but can't pass IBT.... Hope that answer your Q.

it is consider quasi-stable not rock solid stable..... probably u will encounter instability when running CPU+Mem intensive application...
My personal ref... rock solid stable means u must passed IBT/Prime95(small/mid/large)/OCCT test(small/mid/large) with 99% mem utilized...

Even if u passed 20 loops IBT, probably u can't pass Prime95 mid/large FFT.... three of the tests are needed to ensure rock solid stable operation...

Oh OK.. U didn't mention you were running the proc with EIST...
For your next stability test.. run prime95.. select custom.. set the FFT min and max size 4096.. time to run each test set to 60 minutes... and run it for 2 hours or more...
n i'm pretty sure if u pass this test, u can enjoy almost rock solid stable computer... and of course you must pass IBT test as well...
