I thought it was better than last week's episode, at least there were some humour in it-

Terrence: Who's my girl?
Sarah: You are!! ... I mean, I am..

HAHA LOL I agree they should switch genders, Terrence's such a wuss! I mean, he asked Sarah to get in the cage to find the clue! Such a wimp, I dunno how Sarah can put up with him!

I'm glad Kelly and Christy are out, they're mean and such gossipers, no wonder both are divorcees! I was quite surprised Tina would help the frat boys considering they had the speed bump and all, but that was really sweet of them.

The frat boys are not strong enough to survive in this race. How many times did they screw up the tasks?

This episodes is not that interesting cos they didn't bump up the team and remain in the same location for 2 consecutive weeks. The searching for the numbers detour is very silly actually. The clue by right should be given by the man at the end of the road. Instead they ask the teams to go to the opposite store and plug in an electronic device. I have no idea what's that for.

Nick and Starr were lucky to be at the first road block and they didn't get "powdered" that bad compare to other teams. What type of festival is that anyway?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holi

Holi (referred to as Phagwa in Bhojpuri), also called the Festival of Colours, is a popular Hindu spring festival observed in India, Guyana, Trinidad, and Nepal. In West Bengal, it is known as Dolyatra (Doljatra) or Boshonto Utsav ("spring festival").

On the first day, burning of the demoness Holika, Hiranyakashipu's sister, in a huge bonfires at night. It is called as Kama dahanam in Andhra Pradesh.

On the second day, known as Dhulheti, people spend the day throwing coloured powder and water at each other. The spring season, during which the weather changes, is believed to cause viral fever and cold. Thus, the playful throwing of the coloured powders has a medicinal significance: the colours are traditionally made of Neem, Kumkum, Haldi, Bilva, and other medicinal herbs prescribed by Āyurvedic doctors. A special drink called thandai is prepared, sometimes containing bhang (Cannabis sativa).

Rangapanchami occurs a few days later on a Panchami (fifth day of the full moon), marking the end of festivities involving colours.

Holi takes place over two days in the later part of February or March. As per the Hindu calendar, it falls on the Phalgun Purnima (or Pooranmashi, Full Moon), which will occur on March 22 in 2008. On the first day (22 March 2008 CE), symbolic burning of evil takes place, while the fun part of playing with colours takes place on the second day. (In 2007, Holi was celebrated on 3 March, the burning of Holika was on 4 March and the Dhuleti on 5 March.)

Anyone watched the latest episodes?
The series kinda boring right now. The tasks are so weird.

I'm just hoping they put some surprise to spice things up or else it will be a very very boring series.

Hmm I agree that this season hasn't been that interesting of yet but I'm hoping that things get better as the teams move on. The bleary eye detour was kinda weird as teams had to go to the electrical shop across the street and plug in a device in order to get the next clue. I mean, can't the sewing machine man just hand it to them!? hmm.gif

I was also glad that Kelly and Christie got the boot as I absolutely hated them with all their gossiping behind the other teams' backs. And not forgetting their love to boast of how they're "independent" women. Bah, and they're wondering why they're divorced ? doh.gif

And the Holi Festival goers didn't let up did they? I saw most of them using pails of coloured water instead of the powder to "colour" the contestants.

Wow, for a sec I hoped the frat boys got eliminated...because they're pretty weak overall, they've always just barely made it so I think they might be up next on the chopping board! I'm rather impressed with Nick and Starr's consecutive wins- is it the 5th time already?

Toni and Dallas: Definitely changed my opinion on them...honestly I didn't think they'd make it this far in the first few episodes, truly the underdogs in this race! Dallas seems really nice biggrin.gif

Ken and Tina: Tina, STOP being so bossy and let Ken take the lead sometimes. And READ the frickin clue!! She made so many mistakes not reading the clue correctly and thank goodness Ken made up for that!

Frat boys: I'm speechless with this team. Weakest team with weak brains.

Sarah and Terrence: Sarah please, for your own sake, DITCH that lousy guy!!
