Hi guys I now in the dilemma of choosing which one to choose as my first netbook.

What I saw here is, quite a number of 1000h positive review. Have anyone bought MSI Wind?

The hinge and speaker problem really so significant between these two model?

I checked the 1000h graphic card which is GMA900 standard, compare with msi wind GMA950 which is msi wind's much more better.

For the vibration issues on msi wind, anyone of you guys can confirm this problem?

About the durability of MSI parts, is it durable as it can last for years for this MSI wind?

both the 1000h and the msi wind are using GMA950. spec wise, they are the same, except that the 1000h has wireless-N support.

so far i got no regrets on the 1000h. money well spent. the 6 cell battery is very useful, as i can go out whole day without the need to recharge
sometimes i hope for even longer battery, so imagine what would happen if i got the 3 cell wind

if you really like the wind, get the 6 cell at least smile.gif

Huh? but the C-zone Catalogue stated that 1000h is GMA900 120 MB... how come so different?

From the point of view for further hardware upgrade, I heard that MSI wind got 2 RAM slot, is that true?

Perhaps they wrong? Or maybe wrong model. But the 1000h confirmed is 950GMA, with maximum of 256MB under Vista, or 128mb under XP.

MSI got one slot only, but it come with built in 1GB ram, so you just need to buy another 1 stick of 1GB, while 1000h, comes with 1gb stick, but u need to sell off the 1gb or trade in the 1gb and buy a 2gb stick to get 2gb

the good thing about that is that you can get better quality ram if u want for the 1000h, while in msi u're stuck with whatever ram they give u

Thumb up for 1000H.

6 cells battery is a must. Do not mind to buy another 6600 mah if the price is cheap.

Erm... I decided to buy EEE pc... but what I look the difference between 901 and 1000h is, only the harddisk type/size and the dimensions/weight.

Anyone suggest me which model should I buy?
