hmm, Burn Notice the whole season and other tv series.. definitely more than 5Gig    rolleyes.gif

this is my speedtest after being capped on d98. Ahhhh! this really annoying.
wasted la my rapidshare premium account if the download rate is 10-20kB/s only.  rclxub.gif

This is confusing~ I have test more than once actually and this is the highest rate I get, others all below 128kbps

never mind, I'll call celcom today and ask if there's a network problem in my area.

anyway, thanks icon_rolleyes.gif

I update my Huawei E220 firmware and dashboard to Mobile Partner since I'm using Vista. Before this, I'm using Mobile Connect when I'm using the modem for the first time. The dashboard look something like this.

bro, isnt a ISP must research and know that, we (customer or user) got the right to fully utilize our network.. dont care whether what we using the network for.. but P2P isnt mean for completely illegal. if u block p2p, then what for the author creating P2P network method?

im now paying RM50 per month but using HSDPA network to p2p.. so how? gonna kick me out a? im paying the least but using the most.. last month im total transfer of 60GB because last month i can easily get 200kbps speed.

ISP should cope with the user usage, if doesnt have that much network resources, dont advertise 3.6mbps la, fastest la.. sucks!! it is all cheating. anyone getting higher than 3mbps b4 a??

so, isp shouldnt got the type of cheating also..

See U-mobile, anyone complain very hard bout u-mobile except for small coverage?? u-mobile CEO is chinese leh?? why no ppl complaint bout very slow speed, n constantly dc??

while celcom getting the most problematic ISP ever i can say that..

just called Celcom CS complaining bout the slow download rate (3days already), he ask me to:

1. Reinstall the Celcom software. lol
2. Maybe the computer setting problem. lol again
3. Try use it on 3G phone. Ahhhh!!! I don't hv 3G phone la..
4. If still the same, then he'll lodge a report.

anyway, he said that there is no network problem on Celcom broadband except for email issue. So fast answer me, like he doesn't check at all. hmmm...

Got to call back and pretend that I already test it on 3G hp, but hv the same download rate. tongue.gif

P/S: at least i can still browse the Internet w/o problem. but still, RM98 per month for 10-20kB/s direct download? huh!

I'm facing the same problem, 10KBps++ speed for direct download in D68, but browsing quite fast I don't know either it's the traffic problem or I've been capped. sweat.gif
