SpeedFan monitors fan speeds, temperatures and voltages in computers with hardware monitor chips. It can even access S.M.A.R.T. info for those hard disks that support this feature and show hard disk temperatures too, if supported. It can even change the FSB on some hardware. At the lowest level, it is a hardware monitor software, but its main feature is that it can control fan speeds according to the temperatures inside your pc, thus reducing noise and power consumption.

hey I got a problem on my speedfan.

I can't change the fan speed for my laptop with that. Any advice?

Beta 27 improves the EXOTICS tab (boxes can be moved, swapped, hidden,...) and adds full support for ARECA RAID controllers.

SpeedFan 4.36 Beta 10/4.35
Added support for ALL nVidia video cards, for SMSC EMC6W201, for SMSC EMC2710P and for the latest AMD K11.
Beta 10 fixes support for nVidia drivers that don't support some calls.
In order to run this beta, simply install SpeedFan 4.35, then replace the EXE and then run SpeedFan as usual.
