That is actually a warning icon, it will popup the problem when u on the pc.
Most probably a software issue. Try click to view whats the problem

example, no antivirus detected ...

But i can't click the icon and without pop-up msg too.

right click on it also no effect?

my screen graphics get wired - This happen before of after the symbol apears?,
can try uninstall and reinstall ya graphic driver?

not so serious actually. it's just a warning sign.. maybe is your firewall/ update/ etc off

Thats warning sign. When thiz sign appear? When ur battery is low? If so, it's maybe juz a power low warning. Or security warning.

Try to check ur security setting. If u got no antivirus or no firewall turn on, that thing will appear and it show some message juz a while but the sign will keep appear if no action taken. Turn on all security setting, even auto update make sure it turn on 2.
