AIA Home Loan is currently being offered for all completed and under construction property at as low as 5.70% p.a
Loan tenure is fixed up to 30years.
Minnium loan amount is RM 100,000

AIA Shop Loan is also available at 6.48% p.a fixed up to 20 years.

This is certainly the time to consider switching your current mortgage loans to a fixed rate, because the BLR(6.75%) currently will be increased to approx (7.5% or 7.75%)

i already applied AIA homeloan 2 weeks back.
90% loan = RM378,000, ZEC, 30 yrs tenure.
The agent offer me 5.80 fixed whole tenure.
But letter of offer hasn't come out yet.
So slow in processing coz AIA is not developers' panel.

He said AIA holding off the LOF coz expecting BLR to increase.
He also said AIA will revise its rate to 6.35-6.45 starting 13th July.
Meaning i wont get the 5.80 rate bcoz LOF will only come out after 13th July.
This is cheating. mad.gif

Is the offer still valid? Do they still offer it at 5.80%?

not valid anymore i suppose.
anyway, my load got rejected. cry.gif
reason given: developer is small time, doesnt have 'excellent' construction track record. AIA not willing to take the risk. doh.gif
