Problem details
First occurence of problem: a few days ago i setup new comp, all totally new item, i alredi have a internet connection.. the things is up and i have problem with my internet connection.. hard to get connected, then i call tmnut operator, they said it something related to the previous connection that didnt disconnect when i'm shut down.

Problem frequency: after close the comp, then i want to make new dial up.. it cant connect.. sumthing like error 691, error 678?? i'm not too sure

Problem description: if i need to use the internet, i have to call tmner, then they say they will clear the data, sumthing like that la.. now, the modem show weird thing, the light at ADSL n link bling2 together.. WTH, help plz
