if you want connect using router through the modem then your modem should be set at bridge mode not pppoe mode
while router set at pppoe mode. from the pic you posted your modem is set at pppoe mode which is incorrect when u want to connect either using a router or internet connection dialing in windows.

1st:
-go to quick configuration
-change to this setting

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Set the dns if u want
Click on Submit, check ur Data light on the modem
If it is light up, then u're connected

2nd:
-click on Admin
-go to Commit and Reboot
-Press Commit and then Reboot (this one to save the setting u have made before)
---that's why many setting changed after the modem been off

U can use ur auto dialling. But before u do this, make sure u able to connect manually so u know that ur line is working.
