Currently the backup server is not that strong to handle all the traffic so it goes down occassionaly. We're waiting for our refunds from the other host so we can purchase a much more powerfull server to server you all.

Hey guys Im worried about this. Your servers have not been doing a good job compared to when I first joined. I have not managed to fully utilise your service because of this, so Im wondering if my account will still be active after this month. It doesn't seem fair if I have to pay for another month, as I have not got good speeds from last month. But of course, I am willing to carry on with you guys, I hope you will repay my loyalty. Please update me on the status.

please answer my question
i already 1 week cant access my webui + 3 weeks (last month)
and arvin says he is busy, told me to email to itunnel4all@msn.com and yet i didnt get any reply

so whats wrong? my few tracker account get removed already
when can you all solve this?
i already cant use for a long time
and you all cant even give me a reply

Agreed. Actually the problem is not really that the server is not working, but that paying users like us are kept in the dark over what's going on and we have to keep checking the forum to see what's happening. I don't mind the downtime, it happens, but I would like to know what the status is.

I think morgan and arvin are students who mean well but don't really have enough time to handle their entrepreneurial matters. Am I correct?
