lolz, i no gut to do pencil mod le.. no DMM also, plus wat how thick u draw also affect the voltage.. scary man.

HD4850 max on air cooling Vcore=1.425v ; Vdimm = 2.12v

Core = 900mhz
Mem = 1200mhz

oh, nice score u have, but i amat 720/1000, i got 7k-7.2k GPU score, pushing it to 900 doesnt justify clock/performance ratio edi. Anyhow, it is a good push. *respect *respect

haha thx for the info bro ben and rlhc..my fren ben panced using S1 on his 4850, but to CF sure not enough space in our CM690 sweat.gif thats why i wanna use battle axe since the space consumption is lower..just wondered if battleaxe cant be implemented on 4850, will CF this babies soon biggrin.gif thx again bros..

Hey guys,
I doesn't know much about overclock..
i tried to install rivatune and ATITools. but i not sure why, 2 of them are not working for me.
Just want to ask, is that alright to use the ATI Overdrive to overclock?
and i saw some people got 720-750 GPU clock... how do you all get it? i got the maximum only 700.

try using the amd gpu clock tool, but i doubt that u can get ur gpu to run over 675 mhz on stock vgpu

use bios mod mod it to 1.2v 1st then only can push.

ben, u just use the overclocking function in the CCC or other third party oc tools?

Added on July 25, 2008, 4:12 pmi wish to oc my card too.. but afraid to try the pencil mod.. can u just do it to me? heehee.. can drop my card at tar villa

i din use pencil mod lolz. I am doing bios mod. It is hassle free. Bios mod max voltage is 1.2v. I use bios one.
