hmm somehow my ati ccc and gpu-z gives different reading? -.-.. my ati ccc kinda buggy. even after i set and accept the new gpu clock timing, the current clock setting sure revert back to minimum settings. but that does not happen when i check using gpu-z -.-!!

I managed to get mine running at 725/1050mhz stable with the 1.2v bios mod.

Flash the edited bios back to the card. Edit the original bios using Radeon Bios Editor and flash it using AtiWinFlash. You can get them both at TechPowerup.

wow....blardy....i extracted my bios out using gpu-z and loaded the bios into atiwinflash....great....the card died on me....cant even boot up....not even into bios....so i gotta send back to shop and ask for a change...whoever this is flashing shit is fun to play with...think again....better be well prepared that ur card might give up on u vmad.gif

Hey guys, just got a 4850, and was wanting to benchmark it.
Is there any other reliable benchmarking programs for a win xp user?
The 3dmark vantage cannot cos of vista sad.gif

usually people benchmark through games. better in real life use.
you could see the reviews and how they do it.
for example company of heroes has it own benchmark function.

anyone mind to guide me on using RBE?
i've loaded in the bios and found that there are 9 clock info there..which one should i edit? and if i need to change voltage right, do i change it for every clock info or juz one only?

doh.gif i did it many times without problems


1. Extract ori bios with AtiWinFlash "save".
2. Open RBE and "load" image.
3. Edit the bios.
4. Open AtiWinFlash, "load" image.
5. Restart pc.

the better is using atiflash in dos mode.low risky than using in windows or if it's doesn't boot in display.boot using onboard vga or pci vga and return flash using atiflash command follow by ur id card in dos
