Ram Coolers Section

Purpose of ram cooling

Are your rams running at higher clock ? higher VDIMM voltage ?
You’d probably need a cooler on them, because from my personal testing, DDR II rams running at 2.3V at higher frequency is so hot that you couldn’t hold it (how hot ? mine is 70+°C without the ram cooler, and it becomes really unstable doh.gif ) With my ram cooler, the temperature is about 43°C, just slightly warm and it is still running strong !!!

• Prolongs lifespan
• Better OC performance ; Push to the limit !!!
• Able to raise higher VDIMM without frying the rams
Why mine simply works better ?

Simple and practical design ensures excellent airflow
Simply a restriction-free airflow design which maximizes the airflow of the fan and ensures that the pressure remains strong, the way it should be, in order for the cool air to get into those tight corners between the ram PCBs and heatspreaders

High end industrial fans of highest quality and you get what you paid for
Industrial fans are well known for the quality. What qualities you might ask : good bearing systems which gives very high MTBF (mean time before failure), good blade design to scoop more air, efficient and smooth rotating motors.
Industrial standards also means accurate details on the specification
There are no PC companies which are “real” fan manufacturers.
Please do the research and then you will know.

Dampener clip mechanism which absorbs and reduces vibration to memory modules
Fans when are combined in a single body will resonate.
This resonation could pass onto the rams and makes annoying noise. How to solve it ? The answer is simple, by using dampeners.

Made by an enthusiast
Performance, how do you determine them ? By comparing specifications ? (even OCZ XTC ram cooler do not have specifications tongue.gif )
As a modder myself, I believe if that I could always ‘improve’ something which will work better than what I can buy outside.
This was my first ram cooler which is for benching purposes (Athlon XP era).
Why I know it will work better ?
Simple, because the fans are 1U fans, by using 5pcs of these you can cool a 1U PC.
So be impressed with the raw power of my ram coolers ( less nasty ones are available as well  )

Clearance space is the space required for the ram cooler to be fitted in.

Please check and refer to me or even post up pictures for a clearer view of your setup.

AG Bay coolers Section

Many of today’s casing does not come with proper intake at the front, thus compromising the airflow performance of the casing

Bay coolers in the market are weak in terms of performance, with so called ‘breathing’ performance barely does any good.

• Install HDDs behind the bay cooler to cool HDD
• By using zero air restriction construction, the air will be free to move ( fan grill / filter cuts airflow by 50% easily)
• Silent range to high performance range

Single Bay

Consists of 4pcs of Copal (Japanese brand) 30mm fan

Airflow : 3.18cfm
Speed : 7000rpm
Noise level : 17dB

• Silent performer with good airflow profile

VGA cooler bracket

Graphics card are the next or soon to be the hottest processing core in our CPU. These cards requires good cool air as its stock reference card temperature exceeds 80°C during load

Why fan card products don’t work so well ?
There is a minimum distance for intake and exhaust

For intake, once this distance is too small, the fan no longer push air (the fan runs in vacuum environment)

For exhaust, if the distance is too far, the air loses the pressure (means you don’t feel the air)

In CF or SLI mod or even with other sound card or PCI devices, fan card is definitely a no-no because you’ll be suffocating the card instead of giving it a run of good cool air

The air cycle is trapped in tight enclosed areas, thus fan cards are actually recycling the air

As for my VGA cooler, the principles are simple, that is to redirect cool air from the front or side to the VGA environment. It accelerates the cool air from the front to the VGA

The cooler is placed near the VGA card and it basically works like a table fan, pushing cool air from the front to the back of the casing, or from the side to the VGA’s intake

It works even better in CF and in SLi mode

• undervolted delta focus flow fan which pushes air straight without dispersion
• slight motor noise, barely noticeable in casing

PWM heatsink coolers

Custom made design PWM coolers

user posted image

I could build any custom coolers provided I have the proper dimensions.

Please add me to MSN @ weeseng85@hotmail.com to speed up the process

Customization Services Process Flow

1. Provide a setup picture of the system and motherboard / Model of the motherboard

2. Measure the dimension of the heatsink (size)
Length :
Width :
Height :

3. Measure the position of the mounting points of the heatsink (distance + location)

4. Put all the data in a JPEG file and send it to me.

• You could do this in MS Paint as I just require the dimension
• (not the specific to scale drawing )
