conversion priority >timecritical

encoding quality/speed > High ( this work depend on the volume of ur files. so this option is lame haha. encoding quality is base on the hours of ur files size and the quality of ur files ofcourse. I convert 7 x 44mins tv series on one DVD5 .1500kb/s is good enough. )

convert speed/time is base on ur file length.(hour/mins)

when u about to start encoding. go to the the files u drag in. find Video>Video resize method>User: cropping and padding......... bedise there have have a tiny black tvscreen icon resize there.
tick Symetric pad/crop .put black bars on left and right (press right x16 ).add on top and bottom( press rightx8). u can put more black bars if u like to. just avoid put too much. later it show black bars on ur tv screen.

u have to resize the files one by one.***

use lastest version.
