My external HDD power supply broke down all of a sudden.

My warranty (bought in Nov last year) is not yet over. Do I need to bring over my HDD casing as well or just bring the broken power supply only ?

Pls reply ASAP. Need to use the HDD. Thanks.

Good Morning,

Well, It Would Be Advisable To Bring Both The Casing And The Power Brick Along For Some Technical Diagnostics. In General, Casings Fall Under Warranty But Not So For Power Adapters As Power Adapters Fall Under The Wear And Tear Category. But i Would Rather Not Comment First Before Een Having A look At It.

Bring It Over Alongside With Your Receipt
