When you say headphone, does this include EVRERYTHING headphone? Surely IEM/EARPHONE cannot compare..

Headphone...
AKG K701
Grado RS-1
Sennheiser HD595
Sennheiser HD555
Grado SR-60
Philips bla bla bla..

IEM...
Shure E4C
Altec Lansing IM716

The rest are either forgettable or not notable enough to be remembered. I tested Yuin..not interested, overpriced harsh bright pieces of plastics.

Just got my Sony MDR-EX700SL, and so far I can confirm that the SQ is up there with the TF10. No specific comparison now as the Sony salesman (who seems to know a bit of headphone stuff) told me to burn it in for at least 100hrs before any serious auditioning, which of course is what I have in mind before he told me.

i own a shure e310 and so far hasnt dissapointed me. their foam earpiece has been my fav until now. but wearing them is a bit of 'hard work'. this is because u have to sometimes squeeze the foam to make it slimmer so it could get into ur ear canal. but worth it. u almost cant hear anything, and with the music on, u practically cant hear any outside noise even with normal volume. as the review says, the difference between the instruments in the songs are more vivid BUT this earphone may cause u to analysis the song instead of enjoying it as u'll be listening to sounds that u never tot exsisted in a song

Recently i have been checking out Ultimate Ears Super fi 4.vi, i am into music genres of RnB, Pop, Rock, Country and Classical. I am wondering if this would be a good choice for me. The reason why i have not chosen UE 5EB is because it is not compatible with my iphone, hence, i only have a limited range of choices of earphones to choose from.

If there are any better ones with similar price range, do recommend me one. Thanks.
