err,this i don't know but currently im using a 5-6 years harddisk still no problem.got two harddisk already.this is one of my impulsive purchase.thought of upgrading.

but short of budget this month.maybe because of the oil price hitch.....ahhhh.

Cobra,im not well aware of current HDD price.u can offer me any price that suits your budget.but pls be wise with the offer.i will consider and pm u later.

how did u checked the warranty,i've tried to check the warranty just now.the model number is missing,so can't check.i check at maxtor website.the model number of the HDD should have been printed under the 'Maxtor DiamondMax 10',but it's not there
.
but no worries the warranty with the seller is still on.

just consult me,all the hassle is on me.

i never open the seal,if need to check the Model number can,by software but must break the seal and connect it to my PC.i don't want to break the seal,if seal broke so the harddisk turn to USED condition.
