well, for my case it solve the wireless strength, still lame but usable. DC frequency is increase.

and even if it reduce DC frequency for some people, as long as there is DC, this modem wireless router is lame.

hmmm i tested with my dlink dongle for wireless connection. It really improve the signal. previously its 37% and now its 75% and connection wise i think ok and no disconnection yet so far. will still be testing

that firmware is emailed to me from Jack who is also the belkin support center representative from Malaysia.

you cant get this firmware online because its specially made for malaysia only. I get it from Jack as well Belkin Tech Support as well. Maybe you can call tech support and speak with Jack so he can send you the custom firmware

this is my 2nd day after the firmware upgrade and no hang on the modem yet. Wireless also not bad but slower then cable around 20% speed

u dont even have to read the whole page..
it's just a page before..
by the way.. everyone was given the equal amount of time, not a sec less or more, it's how we utilize it...

use it wisely and not asking for spoon feeding when there are a little bit that can be done ourselves

i swap that belkin w another brand and see torrent increase from 15kB/s to 80 kB/s on average. and no disconnection so far. i feel so good. but i will stay around and see how you chaps are doing.
