Hey, i'm currently downloading Mech Commander 2

The game as some of you already now, is available FREE,

from the new and revamped site

You can also play multiplayer for free!!! Anyone wanna play a multiplayer game?!

well, it can be downloaded from microsoft,

but it must be patched with a no-cd crack. after i'm done downloading, i'll check it out. lol, currently 32 percent

ahh... sweet old game..

I would like to have a multiplayer session. So Baronic when are you free to play? anyone else wanna join?

I should got the crack at home, downloaded it some times ago. I ll post it up tonight if I found it.

still downloading the actual game, lol, as for the No-CD crack, i googled it. was pretty easy to find actually lol. but if anyone can post up will be excellent. lol, awetan if u have the crack do share with us.

Please dont post No CD in the forums even if the game is legit or is free. It goes against the EULA(and the rules of this forum).

BTW why do you need a No CD patch when it is free?

I am at work now, but I some how recall the freely distributed version is actually free... I ll check tonight, or baronic can confirm it after he finish downloading and run it.

any more wanna join the multiplayer? the more the merrier.

erm... what I mean is that you might not need any crack at all, just installed and play, no crack required.

I ll confirm it tonight as soon as I m off work.

Technically still illegal...so be safe and dont post links to such No CD crack sites. The source code is under shared source innitiative...It doesnt mean you can simply modify without including the list of changes and the source code. So technically still wrong

very flimsy...i know...but software development is that sort of industry.

okay, so no public sharing of cracks then.

anyone able to download MC2? i downloaded straight from microsoft but was unable to extract, as the directory had a "." in it. I cant / dont know how to edit the extraction directory from "./MC2" to "/MC2". Any help? or source to download without problem? torrent is a no go for me, 1-2kb per second =.=

I just checked from wiki, micro$oft have released the source code for the games, so guys, go to

to grab the full game and have some multiplaya fun!

Haha this game is fun.. I remember using 6 Shadowcats all fully loaded with lasers.. pwned the whole campaign.. lol

I tried to get the game from the mechcommander.org site. Even if i used the uni T1 line the download drops off frequently.

So, instead of relying on luck, I search for another site that hosts the free game, and found one. I haven't tried it yet but here it is:

wa....such an old game....i've always wanted the creators to come out with mechcommander 3....but it never realised....sigh....this game is such a nostalgia....finished the game and it was a very nice game for all u robot fans out there....i was wonder how the multiplayer works? free for all? or we team up and fight the AI....
