when it finally got all the money rolling in, he was telling that he was negotiating this and that, arranging this and that, even paid up a company in HK which provides ' fake company phone line ' service which provides office numbers and emails and even clerks to answer the phone calls, just in case the investors called in and check.

so eventually, after plenty of negotiation and all sorts of reasons and seasons this great businessman after 1 year told the investors that something went bust, and the plan cannot be continued, and he will refund all investors in full amount.

he did return all of it, the investors even wanted to invest again and guess what, officially, no con job happened
but guess what's the catch : he made a lot of money from by reinvesting the cash in stock market.
