How do you reduce the amount of gold that they can steal? Other than reducing your total gold? Destroy all your trading posts?

trading port level has nothing to do with gold they can loot

the calculation is like this

(town level) * (town level -1) /100 * total amount of gold you have

so the ways to reduce gold being loot is either spend your money on trade ships, or demolish your town hall level

Oh... So practically there's only 1 way to reduce the amount they can loot. Thanks for the info.
