The musician and occasional anime voice actor Gackt has lent his voice to Gackpoid, the latest spinoff from the Vocaloid vocal music synthesizer that was popularized by virtual idol Miku Hatsune. As with Miku Hatsune, Gackpoid uses Yamaha Corporation's Vocaloid engine and voice samples from Gackt to create entirely new songs when ordinary computer users type lyrics and musical notes. Gackpoid's official webpage is streaming a sample song. Up to 16 voices can be added for the background chorus. The software company Internet will ship Gackpoid in the middle of June.

Gackt performed theme songs for Texhnolyze and two of his childhood favorite franchises, Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and Fist of the North Star. He also voiced the character Seiji in the New Fist of the North Star videos.

Look at the name itself, Gackt. Derived from Gakuto name himself. Another example is Halko.

yeah the artwork is total /facepalm

and if hyde could be less emo/goth like and me being a girl, i could <3 hyde too. absolutely loved their daybreak's bell performance (havent seen their live though, most bands/singers just couldnt pull through good live performances)

i would personally prefer the whole band instead of just the lead singer
one of the most attracting part of daybreak's bell to me is still the music biggrin.gif

good bass and piano mixture adds a really "smooth" feeling. then to top it off with emotional lyrics, good blend all in all smile.gif

*nods nods* yeah...bt they're seriously talented!! composing their own songs n tunes..tetsu's bass is great! gackt is talented himself too~~ having the ability to play almost every instruments in the world (traditional/modern)
