Aiyo... Should have informed me earlier! I have another friend who is interested also, but since we have 8 teams and the season started that's why I thought wait 1st lo.

could ask him to join the official leagues to gain some experience first
btw, some of the players havent showed up here...hope they will do so soon coz i bet they will have tons of question to ask about this game, and i dont want them to loose interest in playing just because they dont know where to get help

Erm.. need help here.

I received a mail telling me that I have been approved for the official league - Pro League. I can now control a team in the Xpert 11 league. Something like that.

As usual when I logged on, it will update me about what happened and ask me to choose a sponsor. But after that I realised that the season actually started already!!! Why?? I check my account I got 6million now. Someone disturbed my squad too as there are some players bought in the club and shipped out without my notice. And my club's name is Girl United. No I'm not allowed to change it.

Can anyone explain to me what happened? Is it because some previous manager of this team screwed up, got fired, and it's my turn to save this team away from relegation? It's 3rd from bottom...

Team name in official league is allowed to change once per season, that is BEFORE the season begins.
Since you took over midway, so naturally all the financial, player form, team tactics, team formation....all was set under the previous manager

regarding the player's skill, it will be added ONCE per season, that is, their skill will be evaluated after this season ends(either plus or minus skill level).....as for the special quality, they will not be changed and remained like that for the rest of the player's career.

now for the important part: a player will only gain their skill level when:

1. their experience reach 100%, which can be viewed under the player's profile. However, juniors at their first season doesn't need this criteria

2. their average form is at least 10(average form=form added during every match, and divided by total matches)

to increase player's experience, the only way is to let them play

to maintain their form, do train them often, but training a player with 10+ form will have a risk of overtraining, i.e minor injury for several days, therefore, choose your training wisely as it also cost quite a lot of your money

If your opponent's an all rounder = good keeper, great defence, great midfield, good forwards.
What tactics would you apply to beat him if you have a great keeper, good defence, so-so midfield and so-so forwards?
