I've bought an item from czone and I found out that it's not working. So I brought it up to the warranty center yesterday around 1.30pm.

Guess what? The receptionist is busy CHATTING on the phone and left me standing there like an idiot for about 5 minutes. I was staring at her with an I'm-waiting-for-you look and already start tapping on the table. Ofcoz, she mm song so she put down the phone and ask me what's wrong. Mind you, the conversation I've heard is NOT about work, it's all chatting with her friend. I told her about the problem waited for further instruction. She then ask me to come back in an hour so that the item could be tested. All the technicians are VERY busy. I didn't know that chatting on the phone falls under the BUSY category.

1. You're supposed to serve the customer first, not continue to chat.
2. Why are the services when you're PURCHASING an item and SENDING for warranty is so different?
3. Define busy.
4. My item is entitled for a 1-1 change within a week. And I have to leave it overnight yesterday. Today is the 7th day, so, am I eligible to get the 1-1 change?

Edit : Changed the topic to COMPLAINS since "Suggestion / Comments / Complains / etc" doesn't sound strong enough dry.gif

an almost similar case with czone quality of service but rather yours would be less than a week.

secondly, u are customer, u have the every right to interrupt her

y do u have to leave it overnight when u are suppose to come back in a hour?

I bought the item during PC fair and yesterday was the 6th day of purchase.

About interrupting, I did. All I get is a hand signal ask me to wait and a fvck you stare.

Why I have to leave it there, because I went there during lunch time.
