thanks alot clementcpteh and im sad to say that my riekey already pass away on 17 april 2008 at 1.30pm. the thing that i was very angry is i already in a sad mood coz my beloved dog already left this world from me and i take an action to back to the pet shop and say that to the pet shop and the explanation that the pet shop give me was a really unreasonable, polite and responsibility explanation.
At first i back to the pet shop and i was informing them that my dog was passed away and they just like pushing the faxct that my dog die is purposely not on their fault. And also the thing that i ever don like is their not even don admit that is their fault but their are try pushing the reason that my dog passed aways is also the reason that the dog breeder not responsiblilty sell the dog for me on the not ripe time. but other than that the reason that they giving not only blame on that but they also try to push that the reason my dog die is also one of the reason that the doctor gave the medicine

And base on public view do u all think that the dog already passed aways is a gd way to take them out of the doctor mortuary to test out what is the fact the pup passed aways. further more also the doctor is not advise me to take it out the pup.

Further more im not hope them take my pup out from peace situaton coz my pup already suffer for fews day on this illness and im was very deeply sad and not less than my family member.my tear was drop slug by slug coz of my pup left us in this family jz within 15 days

Additional the way they try to give me explanation is using such a rude way that is trying to make me confuse on what they did on my dog til passed aways and im fully sincere say at here im not hope that they pay me any MONEY on this cases coz what i wanted is jz a clear explanation but at the end they not giving anything..

But however also i hope all pet lover and reader here pls take some action to really spend a few minute to think on my view what i was suffering in my mood and also my family..

Dog lover and reader i hope u all can take some action to help my Riekey take back some justice from the irresponsible and unprof pet shop in metro prima ( Dept Pet shop)

That sucks, so sorry to hear that. I will belakang mari that bastad if that was my pup. This kind of people should go and chop pork meat, hand so rough wanna do grooming for pets, phuck off!

thsk dude that is a great statement that u mention is rite....and dude i need ur help to help me to spread that out the purpose i need ur help this is not coz i wan the pet shop name to be spoil and to lepas my geram i jz wan to do this is i don wan in the future other puppy wil like my puppy..coz i really face that the feeling is very hard to let me accept this fact and and i was sincere to say thks for u all caring on this cases..

riekey anything u wan us to help u pls kindly let us know ya. we wil fully help u and also in here i would like to ask all the reader how could we come out some idea to help riekey and all of us know right the feeling of lover pup left us is one of the hard thing to go thru....pls come out some comment to help riekey and right now im spreading this to all my friend who owned a dog...help riekey

Riekey is so unlucky drop in the bastad hand to groom riekey and as per discussion that is not a gd explanation that the pet owner should give to riekey owner....as a pet lover we should come out and do something to help riekey

I have to agree. There's a pet groomer somewhere in Kajang. Sent my 3 dogs there all of them had cuts all over their body. Fur wasn't cut properly either. Next day my mom called them and all they can say is to send the dog back to them and they will cut the hair nicely. The owner say that the groomer is new. Luckily i had medication for cuts for dogs, because my dog got injured before.

so pity on ur dog u know ah even u are not the first who mention bout that because the day i at the pet shop all of the dog is so nice wit the fur and all the pup who send there also they cut it botak and my fren who send there also say that the dog was afrraid when reach the pet shop because the skill that the groomer have is so low and mayb i think the pet shop owner is hiring the pet groomer under gd services that there provides.
but anyways tomato dog is lucky than my riekey. but if u are the pet lover pls spread this to ur fren who owner a dog and stay nearby kepong and thks alot for ur comment who telling that out....thks all of u ......

thanks for the update , well from the pic i can see maybe the groomer when pluck it hair inside it ear and hurt it , or maybe grooming stuck is not clean enough and make it infected . Beside this is what we call money minded , sumtimes groomer should advise customer also since they know when is the suitable time to let a dog to enter a grooming place . Btw , u should show the picture of this and show them , i feel sad for the poor doggie.

TS, i am sorry to hear that ur beloved puppy has passed away.... but i frequent that shop too but so far so good to me nth really bad happens to my dogs...but 1 thing i have to agree, the grooming staff are rough and rude, and another thing is we cant see the place where they kept our dogs while they wait in line to groom....
thx for posting this, next time i will supervise them more...

If you think the pet shop caused the death, then yes, you should take the dog out of the mortuary and do a post mortem. If it was the pet shop that recommended you do that, then I think they are being very responsible to determine the cause of the puppy's death.

Why did the doctor advise not to take the puppy out? What is his reason? There is no reason for the doctor to keep the body. Unless....he medicated the puppy wrongly???? Hmmm, your vet seems very suspicious

And again I must stress that A PUPPY CANNOT DIE FROM A EAR INFECTION IMMEDIATELY AFTER GROOMING. It just does not make sense. Gosh!!!!

If the pet shop is willing to find out what really caused the death, then it is a good idea. Then once and for all, you know what really caused the death.

Emotions aside, if you feel that you are really right, then you should do the post mortem instead of being unsure and shouting out murder to the whole world.

Another thing is I want to ask you. You mentioned earlier that the puppy is only 7 weeks old and due for the second vaccination. How old was the puppy when he had his first vaccination? Do you know that a vaccination is actually injecting a modified virus. Do you know that vaccinating a pup so young can cause death?

yea,they not oly rough n rude..they re useless...not oly in tis forum we talking bout tis issue,before that i edi saw de post in cari.com u guys can find it out.i found out tat after my baby boi's ears get hurt from them.before tat,got alot of pet lover's baby oso get hurt becoz of their "PROFESSIONAL" groomer..u can find it out..but thy are lucky...but my baby boi not tat lucky ...................................

some forum ppl giving comment tat the HURT THE puppY's ear during the grooming section..til the bc home only realize their puppy's ear get hurt...I'M one of the EXAMPLE.....

my lovely PUPPY GIVE THEM MURDER ADI...!!!!!! coz he stil small so me and my bf dot of bring him to do basic grooming for shower and cut the finger nails coz too long make him feel uncomfortable.. after tat when we on the way home the puppy keep yelling so we check his body realize tat his ear got hurt, at 1st we dot mayb small problem so we bring him home til nx morning the puppy's ear getting serious, my bf bring him to see doc and the doc say it very serious and it wil coz him die too............ after putting the medicine the puppy feel better bt the er stil does look so good....and the puupy feel illner each day...... on the fouth day.. we found the puppy totally no energy and bring him to doc again and admitted for one day... nx day he look more ill and keep yelling like wanted to talk to me and my bf.... look so pity....... in the afternoon doc called and say he PASS AWAY ADI....... and doc say if affected by ear his head wil only lying to one side... is true tat when we bring him to see doc his head only lying to one side...... god..... only four days bc from the PET SHOP... thn the puppy left us.....

isit the one at the back of carrfour? the one with 2 shops.. inside got a playroom for cats.

Well.... firstly, the 2 people who talking about their bad experience with this petshop has the same IP number.... well, I was wondering if just coincidence or related people.....

Anyway, my point comes here:

Ok, your pup was dirty and you didn't know how to trim the nails, fine then, you brought to a groomer. I have seen how groomers do their jobs. Sometimes they may be rough but this has got to do with how the pup or dog react to grooming. It is not their fault as some dogs are just that way. I don't bring my dogs for grooming coz till now, I feel that if I have the time, I rather groom my dog myself. If I could groom a shih tzu when I was 9 years old, then I don't see any problem with grooming a pup when you are older. Last time nail trimming, I also never go to groomers, I just bring to the vet for them to help me cut coz faster. No need to wait much. Also, vet cut till bleeding but I didn't complain coz I saw my dog struggled, so it wasn't the vet's fault.

Anyway, to TS, sorry for your loss. I know how it feels when a pet dies. But I feel uneasy when you explained that a ear infection could cause death. The ear does look inflamed and infected but it doesn't look like it was an internal ear injury coz internal ear injury causes a dog to tilt the head and walk in circles. I have heard of pups dying from viruses in a few days, but never ear infection.

If I were you, to put my heart at ease, I would do an autopsy on my dog to see what really happened. Coz this case wouldn't be solved if you just put it behind and hold your grudge against the petshop.

Also, most petshops would just do grooming for you straight. They don't care how old, they would just do it coz it is their job. Alot of new groomers now are fresh from grooming school, they may not be professionals but they are on their way to become professionals.... is like doctors and teachers lah, of course we would complain if they are new and lack experience.

Back to the autopsy thing.... if you did it, you would know if your pup kena a virus.... then if the virus was something that takes time to get, then it could be from the breeder... there are so many possibilities.
