i'm glad to know that new server with bigger hard disk space is on the way, cos sometimes server got error due to insufficient of hard disk space...

my review after 3 months of usage:

1. Server Performance (down time) : < 3 times / month
2. Support : Good
3. Helpfulness : Excellent
4. Price : Afforable & Reasonable
5. Duration of reply your msg : < 3 hours
6. Problem Solving : < 3 hours
7. Admin Friendliness : Good
8. Do you continue using our services: Yes
9. Overall marks (1-10) : 9
10. Packages : Great (The Best in Storage & Speed over Price Ratio)
11. Best tflux or WebuiProvider : Suk
12. Suggestions and Feedback : The uTorrent WebUI still buggy, a few times I cannot login or view auto-update in real-time. However, the issue has been fixed now. Another thumb up, new server with 1.5TB is coming...

Hello Suk,

I can't believe it... you still keep those files i finish downloaded 2 months ago. I guess you really have a lot of space and in no hurry to deleted them.

Just renew my acc today after suspending my acc because of no internet line. That's why i'm suprise to see my old files is still there.

Keep up the good work

1. Server Performance (down time) : i only dload at nites, never down once!!
2. Support : Good
3. Helpfulness : Excellent
4. Price : very value for my hard earned case

did u know imageshack have bandwidth limit ??

100 GB Disk / 200 GB Bandwidth: $75/mo <===== is 75 us dollar not 75 malaysia ringgit ~
u know 200GB Bandwidth for a month is very less ??? maybe for u is enough ~

maybe for u is enough because u download file less than 5GB can use free acc ~

But for us ~ one HDTV also more than 5GB ~
just compare imageshack > 25 GB Disk / 50 GB Bandwidth: $25/mo <> this already more than RM55 already ~
