I guess what they mean is the admission to the overall event lucky draw,and all is free. But there will be a fee charge for the competition=).

Admission fee is free, means it is free to just come and join side event... To play the tournament, fee is required.

PC Specifications of our Lab:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.16Ghz/2.66ghz ATI X1300/ATI 2400 Pro 4GB Samsung DDR2 RAM 22' Dell LCD Dell mouse and keyboards (which mostly gamers will bring their own to replace) And I am not the person in charge, so kindly PM bluekiller87 for info. Student ID is required to avoid any cheating in player changing... For international students, passport needed for the passport number verification.

This event is mainly for college students. In the R&R it states that COLLEGE/UNI STUDENTS are only allowed to participate in the tournaments.

Right as for the Collages without student id u could bring a letter of confirmation that u are studying there.
The letter should inclose the student IC, the collage cop, and the collage name. (Note pls say letter of confirmation under the student id, THKS) Also to all the participant pls bring your own ear phone as mention in the form. We do not provide any Ear phone.
