I've been using HID on my cars since some time ago, all retrofitted biggrin.gif Currently it's on my Accord, 2 sets for headlights and foglights. HID kits are also reasonably priced these days.

Wow, you're an Accord driver too. Which generation of Accord are you driving?
Did you change to projector then?

I'm driving the older generation (7th) and the projector looks nice but I was told the light output isn't that good compared to stock so I didn't have it changed. I guess the reason is because those OEM/aftermarket manufacturers didn't do proper research? biggrin.gif

The one from the Accord 3.0 supports HID lights but it costs RM1K+ for a pair. How about yourself? smile.gif

Regarding the interference..

http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=121502

QUOTE
When these lamps are in operation a continuous arc is produced across the two electrodes which causes the gas/metal combination inside the glass tube to glow and produce light. When the flow of electricity is forced to arc, it sends out an electromagnetic pulse, which is the cause of your interference on your radio.

Radio receivers are very sensitive to this type of interference, and as the lamp is constantly arcing, the interference will probably be heard as a buzzing.

The best advice I can offer is to make sure your lamp ballasts and cables are well away from your aerial coax. Also make sure the coax sleeving is correctly connected as it's there to shield the main signal in the centre and prevent interference.

I'm driving 4th generation Accord. Yes, you're right. Aftermarket projector lamps aren't that good and the light output isn't really balance and nice. I've one pair fixed on my Accord.

Nice 7th generation. I love UC1.

Is the output a big difference? If it's not really noticable then I might go for it since they look nice biggrin.gif I love the newer version but I can't afford sad.gif I hope someday I can own a car with HID lights as stock (like a Mercedes or a BMW) laugh.gif

It's really big difference. One day, I can take the pic and show you.
Haha, I too love the new version, but as long as got your model, it's good enough. Hehe...
Any bodykit on your UC1?

Hmm, that's the thing sad.gif KL roads are sometimes so dark and we need good lighting. Yup, I do have bodykit installed:

CM3/4 is pretty reasonably priced these days. Maybe it's time to do some car shopping? biggrin.gif

Yup, that's why I've fog lamp with HID 6000k. Don't really care. If I'm on dark roads, I'll turn on my fog lamp or high light. If I'm not mistaken, that's AirMaster bodykit, right? Why don't want MUGEN? Hehe...

Hehe, initially, my cousin is interested in my car, and at last, he said don't want. So don't want to sell anymore. Haha...

MUGEN is too common and besides the rear bumper is too bulky in my opinion biggrin.gif

I guess it's referring to some sort of aerial cable? Sleeving is the material that wraps around the cable?

Eh, actually if you get full set of MUGEN, it looks nice. You must include the MUGEN spoiler also. smile.gif
A lot of people are having hard time to get the MUGEN spoiler, they go with MUGEN skirting and Modulo spoiler. That's why it looks bulky.

Damn, looks like same old sh*t, like what bro eddyann said.

Quite hard because:
1. We're a Chinese.
2. We're teenager.
