Wanna ask...what's the main difference in terms of SQ, functionality and others when comparing PC headsets that uses the 3.5mm vs USB??

USB headphones cost so much more...any factor to consider getting USB?

There is no reason to use USB headphones if you are using it to playing those HD games, especially games utilising Creative X-Fi sound card. In the end you still have to get it done with proper headphones.
