Have you tried the Norton 360 ° Version 2.0 before drawing up that general conclusion on Norton?

hehe... I am using it now. Anyways, before this i tried the Norton latest Internet Security, feel free and protected. Only the resource is eaten when logging on windows.

After while i switch to the Kaspersky 2009 Internet Security which i thought i will be better (resources consume) It's only a slightly better.

Now I am using Norton 360 v2, i think this is the fastest antivirus (Don't give me a compare with free edition) to log on the windows.

I am now using Vista Ultimate 64 bit and it's working well. I recommend it actually.

Performance and price better except you do not have the disk utilities features in NIS.

What you said is correct, 360 has tuning and backing up utilities but IS doesn't. I'd recommend that you use IS '09 and get separate software to do the tuning and backing up. TuneUp Utilities for tuning and Norton Ghost for backing up.
