not much difference, well my previous oc attempt benched at 17.2seconds, now managed to shave it by .2 seconds. A little tweak on the memset should get me to sub 16s. Vcore is high due to the proc itself. I ran this on IFX Passive, without any fans.

well,
if will only work well when theres good airflow in the case, thats really essential. If there is not, then there will be heat retention issue, which i dread laugh.gif Anyways loads are around 50+

erm.. a new e2180 user here... i hav oc my proc to 3.3ghz.. voltage in bios is 1.3375v. my cooler is xigmatek hdt-sd964 wif the crossbow kit installed..
ok.. here's my question.. the max load temp is 56'c for both cores under full load when running orthos.. i use core temp to monitor my temps.. but izit possible the temp to be so low.. n which is better?? real temp or core temp?? maybe i hav being influence by the high temps of my previous pentium D..

it is posible with tat vcore and speed, 56c is normal for pentium dual core, but dont over 65c, better to keep below for 24/7 use smile.gif

dont worry about it smile.gif 65nm processors have lower temps.. in fact if your cooler is better, u will have your load temps around 50. Core temp 0.96 is accurate or u can download HWMonitor from CPUID, its pretty accurate.
