@tech_frix
Calm down bro. sweat.gif Hahha.. Yea! I aint sure is the temp is correct/normal temp for this E series proc or not. Because im use with my previous P4 PressHot temp which is around 40-45'c on idle. But this time the temp for E proc is shocked me. Well, im using 3rd party of cooling atm.

@a1098113
None OC at the moment. Everything is on stock speed. But the system temp (NB chip temp i perhaps?) is quite high. Is around 40-48'c all the way. Btw, i was using P35-DS3R. Guess 3rd party chipset cooler is needed?

Hm.. Not sure about the ram as i got all the parts it from a forumer nearby my place for the price of RM800. Include mobo, ram, GC (7900GT) and this E2180 proc.

how good the ocer is in maintaining tight temps when the tough gets going

i did not say it defines an Overclocker, but i said it shows how good an ocer is, no comparison between good or bad over temp levels.. Because if u read my sig.. overclocking is not about spending tons of money to get the fastest times and best results.. its how much you can get out of your current system to perform better. By the way, temperatures are very important for overclocking, so if an Ocer doesnt know how to maintain them, then theres no reason why he should be a good overclocker.

its perfectly normal if your ambient temp is the same as the room temp... load should be around 50 degrees, same like my IFX14 tongue.gif

set 1:1 when ur ram not so oc-able, so it will same mhz as ur cpu fsb, if ur ram is highly ocable then can set 5:6 which run faster, but it depend on ram's timing as well..

Some say performance is better using 1:1 ratio compared to using diff ratio that results in same ram speed, but that might be something i wrongly picked up somewhere. Mind you i dont think i can quote any1 on this, 1 of those he said she said things.
