Anyway, its seems unique to me...

Hope you can generate more contents on your blog in the shortest time as possible. else you will only turn off many LYN readers down the road... I am sure you wouldn't want to receive negative comments here, right?

I will try my best to generate better contents. Quality contents, specially if it is written by author requires research and knowledge. Will try my best to produce better contents.

In fact I decided to change the Headline from Making Money Online to Your One Stop Resource Centre. Many readers tend to perceive Making Money Online as an MLM program at first glance.

get wordpress lar if u serious on blogging..
get your own domain name..find hosting..and finally give it a brand..that's true good foundation if you want your blog to go far beyond a free hosted blog..

I am in search for a domain name now. Sadly the domain .com for my blog has been taken up. Considering now to use .net, but it seems rather inappropriate.

How is wordpress better then blogger? I just added a new skin, I think it looks much better now as compared to the standard skin offered by blogger.

Any comments?

C'mon.. wordpress is more superior than blogger..

Example 1.. comment system, captcha? use google id? use name/url to comment? why all the trouble? this hinders readers from actually making comments

no 2. customization - wordpress is the most customizable blogging platform

no 3. themes - thousands of free themes out there with SEO ready features

I did open a blog with wordpress earlier on, but it seems that wordpress is rather slow when i tried to access it. Could it be coincidently that while i was accessing that wordpress was doing some sort of maintenance?

Or its natural for wordpress to be slow?

You open the blog in wordpress.com?

or you downloaded the wordpress engine and host it yourself?

I admit I'm abit of a cheapo here. I opened a blog at wordpress.com. No wonder wordpress bailed out on me. I guess I am stuck with blogger for the time being.

If I do encounter more troubles with blogger, I will be sure to migrate. Just click the import button in wordpress.

At least xiaxue is still using blogger. There is still hope for blogger.com IMHO.

Oh I see. Anyway if you want to make money blogging, it's not advisable to use wordpress.com loh.. they don't allow any javascripts.. so no google ads/nuffnang/advertlets etc

Of course there are much yet to do, ideas would be most welcomed.

I am refraining myself from putting up more ads into the site. (I do find that picture ads can really brighten up a dull blog) Anyways, its not that I really have any chance of companies buying ads space in my site yet. Just building up on the articles first and maybe some actual readers.

Wordpress is pretty sticky with these stuff. I understand Wordpress does allow to place ads into their blogs, just need to upload these so called widgets first.

The problem is I the trouble of uploading widgets. Besides I can't just paste the codes directly into Wordpress as compared to Blogger.

I prefer blogs with pictures instead of just words.

Idea noted. Will work on some pictures. Added YouTube videos on my sidebar. YouTube advertising are becomming more and more ruthless.
