directx 10 actually is microsoft's marketing strategy, i dont see any new games tat support directx 10 has any significant improvement. U can head over gamespot.com to see bioshock and crysis comparsion. Some even said crysis with natural mod can pwn directx10 settings. Directx 10 doesnt do any good. I myself experience vista and xp difference before. When i play WoW in vista, is it so choppy. With the same settings at XP, it was as smooth as a butter.

I see... If I could loose my hype on Windows Vista, I might change back to Windows XP and have a try. I never really used Windows XP with my current rig...

oh, u can try dual boot and see 1st, vista is good for the visual, style and the security. Performance wise, i am not satisfied with it. Probably 2GB ram can make the game run smoother,but sure got hit on the performance.

You had increased the 3DMark points from 10709 to 10797 by OC your RAM from 800Mhz to 1000Mhz;
Next, you had increased the 3DMark points from 10709 to 10821 by OC your RAM from 800Mhz to 1200Mhz.

Congratulation, you had gained 112 3DMark points !!!

However, what does 112 3DMark points representing??

Let's compare the FPS instead:

You had increased the FPS in the test of "Return To Proxycon" from 34.729 FPS (RAM OC to 800Mhz) To 35.090 FPS (RAM OC to 1200Mhz). Congratulation, you had gained 0.361 FPS !!!

You had increased the FPS in the test of "Firefly Forest" from 40.061 FPS (RAM OC to 800Mhz) To 40.741 FPS (RAM OC to 1200Mhz). Congratulation, you had gained 0.680 FPS !!!

Hmm... If I got your E4500... Can get even higher scores for the SM2 and SM3. E21x0's cache seems to be bottlenecking the card's performance.
