Ya,Dun worry about hidden fee or whatever cost.
It's totaly FOC (free of charge) for u.

For your information
There is some financial consultant firm that provide same service and it's cost you maybe around Rm1000-3000.
But still, there is alot of people paying them for such service as it will help them save thousand and thousand of money.

So why pay them? As you can get it FREE OF CHARGE here

I give you an example.

For 100k loan for 30years with 7% interest.
Installment per month will be RM665 and total repayment for 30years will be RM239k
Mean total interest for your loan will be RM139k

So let said you get the loan last month but this month you get a better rate which is 5% and you refinance it.
So your installment per month will become RM537 and total repayment will be RM191k
Mean your total interest only RM91k.

So from 139k to 91k, you've saved 48k of interest
Since you refinance within 5 years locking period, you will be fine penalty for 5% or RM5k let said.

so RM48k - RM5k = RM43k

You still saved RM43k of money.
So it is worth to save 43k by using 5k? i believe 99.9% will say a YES thumbup.gif

If you not sure your loan is worth to do refinance or not, just drop me a msg or call.
I'm here to provide free consultant service and calculation for you. thumbup.gif
