i am not being naive by keep on complaining... but i am dissatisfy that the way u guys replied to ppl's post. Not providing any remedy only ask ppl to terminate it. It's part of your SOP like what Kev da man mentioned? Why keep on insists to ask me terminate it? I want they give me a good reason and good remedy.. not asking me to stop using Izzi. IF you guys cannot provide the remedy, then why in da 1st place advise us to superscribe and can proof to us that the area is cover with high speed and bla bla bla???? Why?

That's right..
i week itself i called them up for 4 times already.. everyday call.. everyday give me different excuses..
Y'day 1 of the technician ask me to lied down my modem, restart my router and modem try to connect again.
He told me due to USJ 2 area a lot of ppl using Izzi, and lower down the bandwidth, so, is that my problem?
Why not they get a solution to increase the bandwidth?

Somemore, can say he see from his side, my connection connecting to the further sub-station where they have 3 stations (station 1, 2 and 3) s0, other ppl may not encounter such problem cause they might connecting to the nearest sub-station. So i ask them can't they put me to connect to the nearest sub-station then the problem can be solve? He said this is not decided by him as the system automatically switch the station.

This is so funny.. end up troubleshoot this n that.. and say will send a technician come to my house..

mine is apa pun tak ada come la....
when i signing that time, i've been told my place got 100% signal and the speedtest did there is around 800+kbps...
when i go back to sunway, it's true that the signal is full, and the speed that max i get is only not more than 300kbps...
i thnk the salesman didn't cheat me about that 800kbps speed... but just the user of izzi is getting crowded...
if izzi still dowan to find out the solution, u all will definitely lose a lot of customer...
for those ppl with nice speed, dun b so happy... once izzi launch a lot of roadshow n promotion in ur area, u all will have the same situation like us... n it's no point for complaining... no point at all !!!

well, they said they will send someone.. but dunno who and when..
Whether coming or not, i also not sure.
But if they are not coming, i will continue call up again.. and this time i will record down our conversation. if they still not going to give me the remedy, i will send the recoded conversation to the management!

ya... mayb our complain end up at the CS part... mayb u can help us reflect to the management... let those management fired those CS ppl... the izzi speed is getting weaker and weaker la...

well.. the technician called me up and said will come to my house and do the troubleshooting for me on Sat.
Hopefully he can help me to solve my problem by then.

Btw, i did speed test again... this is better but then still not even 50% of 1mbps connection speed..
Dunno whether they do something on it already... feel weird and suspicious..

cath u r from subang jaya? i from sunway.... the speed is getting worst... now i got my semester break n cabut back to my hmtwn survive with streamyx... but when i back to kl, i hope there will be a change... at least giv me 400kbps overall... so i can do my assgnment...

i reliaze that night time the connection is a lot slower than this evening around 7pm... i did a test just now.. only 184kbps... this really make ppl frustrated..

anyway, i will keep on continue monitor until this sat the technician come over and show it to him.

Hi all izzi user, i surf around izzi website and found this Izzi Game Zone, just want to know anyone has tried it out? how is the connection? thanks.

I just got izzi a few days back. I'm from sec 5 PJ. My signal is 20% in the house but 40-50% just outside my house. Although is was slightly less than 50%, the speed was much better than the stupid streamyx i had.
Now I'm planning to modify the antenna for a better signal or else end up buying theirs...

ic.. i think if u come back from ur hometown and if u are facing the same darn problem, better ask them go to ur house and check it. This is more effective to solve the problem.

Sometime, we have to push them a bit in order to invite them come over to ur house and check.
This time, i'm gonna stand beside and see how he troubleshoot already. well.. if it's a base station problem.. still they have to get the things solve what... throw the proof to them and let them see themselves.
It's our right to voice up.. We paid for it and they should provide us the good service. Is not that we never pay for it and we demand.

Yea, outside of the house might be better compare to inside.. that's why some technician they dun understand about that.. keep on saying no problem, no problem cause they are not in that exact place where the modem placed.

Just FYI...the guy's idea of troubleshooting was to use his own laptop and his own iZZi modem to check the signal. As long as his signal was strong, he was satisfied everything was ok. He told me all he could do was run the diagnostics and just bring it back to HQ for the network guys to analyze.

Haven't heard back from him since he came over. Sigh...guess it's time to start calling them again. Wouldn't be surprised if they closed my ticket as well.

Well if he's at your place and sthe signal is strong, then it must be something you're using that's causing the poor signal, maybe your modem or what your account is connected to.

And for your information, my signal is at 100%, but my speed is crap. Do I really need to invite Dinesh Nair over here to point out what an ignorant fvcktard you are when it comes to tech stuff? Maybe you should take the time to read the rest of the posts in the thread before you start mouthing off.
