try avira.. at least works for me..

better define, the best antivirus as AV that can protect ur pc even u click on the brontok-like file sweat.gif

or else.. every av gonna be the same if u never take precaution to prevent sweat.gif

Avast! covers almost all the basic protection from web scanner, network scanner, email, p2p, instant messengers...

If you need higher detection rate, choose Avira. But sometimes their update server response is slow.

another vote for kaspersky here. go for internet security.
