In short, we could've have had equal rights, racial equality and civil liberties enshrined in the constitution had fate not been so cruel, 10 tahun sebelum merdeka.

hartal was mentioned in the text book, at least in year 2001 print. im not sure if it was removed totally after that. was it? if anyone interested, here is some email exchange between me and the director.
