how come when i plug Wacom intuos 3 in my pc it will lag one?

but i can use my grapphire 4 freely wor...izzit ram is not enough? i only have 2 gb ram.

found it how to upload...hehe actually i wanted to ask you how to upload it, not how to draw it...hehe off topic...
