Apologies for the delay the keys should be delivered already.
My colleague Gilbert who is in charge of processing the keys had to attend a family function.

Generally we process keys in the morning, lunch, and several times in the evening so please be patient biggrin.gif

Do let me know how I can resolve your issues.

I just looked through my PM box... didn't get any pm from you past the 15 November. As I could not match you to my active user list, I have no idea which user you are

I also do not see any unresolved support queries in BolehVPN support forums which I told u to go to nor any in my e-mail at bolehbit@gmail.com

If it is indeed my mistake, I sincerely apologize and do point me to your support query that has been left unanswered and the appropriate day credits can be given. At least give me your username so I can verify that there was an outstanding query that was left unanswered.

I take personal pride in my service and get upset when there's an unresolved issue if it was submitted in the appropriate manner.

I got problem logging on to maybank2u. They are doing some maintenance i think.
Possible for me to get a key and then I make my payment in the morning?

Suprisingly my key is still active, I thought I would have been disconnected by now, you guys following US time?

It only disconnects at the exact minute we delivered it tongue.gif can double check by going to C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config and double clicking on yieloon.crt

Means u can prolly wait a bit on the keys tongue.gif
