Rice-cakesz, please use our support e-mail in the future.

However:

1. BolehRoute connections are dynamic. PublicTracker/PrivateTracker configurations are static.
2. Working on startup: Not recommended as you lose the option which server to connect to and also lose the GUI.

To activate it, go to Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Services, select the OpenVPN service, right-click on properties, and set the Startup Type to Automatic. This will configure the service for automatic start on the next reboot.

Go to \Program Files\OpenVPN\config and delete all .ovpn files you are NOT intending to connect to or move them out of that folder

When started, the OpenVPN Service Wrapper will scan the \Program Files\OpenVPN\config folder for .ovpn configuration file.

If you want the GUI to startup automatically just make a shortcut to \Program Files\OpenVPN\bin\openvpn-gui.exe in your startup folder but it won't connect automatically.

3. Double click on your USERNAME.crt file and it should show the expiry.

What time is support available? For signup, it say include Proof of Payment (ie. Screenshot, transaction details, scan, photo) which part of the receipt do i take a picture of, if paying via paypal? If i join today would i be able to get my registration done today be able to use vpn today? Also can i use thise on more than one computer simultaneously?

Live Support is generally available in the evenings but is as and when basis. Only Wolffeh, Rainbow6 and myself are authorized representatives of BolehVPN. Others are just customers/users. Please note that this support is only for technical/usage issues and is not related to Sales processing queries (which should be directed to sales@bolehvpn.net)

However our e-mail support (which I have referred to several times at support@bolehvpn.net) and forum support (http://www.bolehvpn.net/forum) is usually the best way to get a quick response and is manned at normal waking hours.

Just your subscription e-mail and transaction ID is sufficient for Paypal.

Yes if you pay BEFORE 10.00 PM you generally should get your keys before the day is over. We generally process keys up to about 11.00 PM at night where we do our last round.

Sorry for posting again, but also can i use this on more than one computer simultaneously?

If on the same streamyx line up to 2 PCs can be connected simultaneously though is not recommended.

But u cannot connect to other lines at same time. for eg one in office and one at home and will result in a ban.

What is the streamyx line? Also are you able to process my order immediately? With renewal, do i just email you again but stating i want a renewal instead of a new subscriber?

Was wondering if US-SurfingStreaming means BolehVPN improves web browsing speed as well. Youtube's been horrible lately
