honestly, your budget is most likely can only get apartment in cheras Connaught area.

Looking for condo unit in Sunway Palmville. My budget is <400k. Preferably unfurnished or partly furnished. Btw, i saw advert fully furnished at 400k. So if can get no furnished should be much lower. Unit must be 3rd floor - 8th floor.
