Are u sure it can be used on RM98 package? as far as I concerned the simcard for RM98 and RM138 packages are different

Hi there

You are referring to the Maxis plan right?
Correct... The RM98 plan is for home WAN plan as just being introduced lately...
But... You also can request for a HSDPA plan just for your USB modem also at RM98...(Without a contract)
The RM138 plan is with a 18 months contract and a modem... RM138-RM98(plan)=RM40 X 18 months = RM720.00 (Price for modem in 18 months)
And in between the 18 months if you cancel your contract, you have to pay RM350 plus return the modem if i am not mistaken...
So if you buy the modem alone, you are free to cancel at anytime and also choose any service provider...
